Which Revit® versions are supported by GGDesk Apps?

Our Apps are compatible with Autodesk® Revit® 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022.

What payment methods are available?

Currently, we only accept PayPal (Single & Membership Payments).

Can I use my license in more than one computer?

Yes! The license is assigned to your Autodesk® account, so as long as you are logged in with your Autodesk account, you can use your license on any computer.

How do I install the apps?

Directly from our store: You will get a license key and a link to download the installer in “.msi” or “.EXE” format, 100% Compatible with Windows 7, 8 & 10. After the download, just run the installer, and you are done. Next, open Revit® and copy-paste your license key into the add-in to activate your license.

From the Autodesk® App Store: After purchasing, download the installer file from the app store and run it after installing. Finally, open Revit® and the add-on will be activated automatically.

My app, license, or installer isn't working! What can I do?

Oh no! Please contact us at support@ggdesk.com and attach any screenshots or/and info about the issue, so we can help you resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will reply as quickly as possible in a maximum of 24 hours.

What's your policy on refunds?

We do not extend refunds. But instead, we offer a free 30-day trial for you to test and try our apps to help you make your decision. Once the free trial expires, you can choose to subscribe. Please Contact Us for more information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We use PayPal to manage our subscriptions. Please follow the instructions given by PayPal on How do I cancel a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement I have with a merchant? to cancel your subscription.
